I coach busy people to get stronger, leaner, and more empowered without overthinking fitness — no extreme plans, no personality change required.
Lazy ≠ careless. Lazy = strategic.
Most people don’t fail at fitness because they lack motivation.
They fail because they’re trying to do too much.
The goal isn’t discipline.
It’s building a system you don’t have to fight.
My coaching includes:
I’m not teaching ideas from a textbook or Chat-GPT. Everything you’ll discover about mindset shifts, effective workouts, & future-proofing your body inside The Lazy Method™ has come from hard-won, real-world experience.
"I always wasn’t a big fan of workouts (chess was my most active sport in recent years). But this time it was too much, I got to 220lbs and decided to finally find a coach to help me lose weight. You can’t imagine how grateful I am for Beata's approach and that finally I don’t feel my fatty parts jumping together with me. Loosing 3 pounds every week, started feeling that my body is strong. From couch potato to regular workouts twice a week. Fitness feels sustainable and I'm proud of myself thanks to you."

I’m Beata, the founder of The Lazy Method™.
I began my fitness journey over 10 years ago as a competitive runner, eventually running a 5:13 mile. Endurance sports taught me how to push through discomfort, but they also taught me to ignore recovery and my injuries. Years of under eating, overtraining, and chasing a certain physique led to injuries, burnout, and a constant feeling of “never enough.”
Everything shifted when I discovered strength training. Learning to eat enough, rest, and train strategically made fitness feel supportive and manageable.
I became certified in training and nutrition after rebuilding my relationship with fitness, so I could help others avoid the mistakes I made.
The Lazy Method™ is built on my 10 years of experience: high-impact changes, efficient training, enjoyable nutrition, and subtle mindset shifts that make fitness fit real life.
